What is the difference between renewal and refill?
Refill: Once a medication is prescribed, the provider will indicate the permitted number of refills. When these refills are exhausted, a prescription renewal is required.
Renewal: In the absence of remaining refills, a prescription renewal may be necessary.
Do I need to wear a mask if I am sick?
We do not require masking in our clinic. However, if you are ill, masking is a good way to prevent spread of infection to others in the clinic who may be vulnerable to illness.
