Carlene Oleksyn

Carlene Oleksyn has been a pharmacist for over 25 years. She is a Certified Diabetes Educator, a prescribing pharmacist and holds the Certificate of Travel Health from the International Society of Travel Medicine.

In 2021, Carlene was named the M. J. Huston Pharmacist of Distinction in Alberta. This is a prestigious award given for her continued leadership in pharmacy through a long-time commitment to advancement in quality patient care.

Mint Meridian has been featured in Pharmacy Business magazine as an example of a leading edge pharmacy, and was featured as an innovative practice by the Canadian Foundation of Pharmacy.

Carlene also regularly presents at conferences and professional learning events to educate pharmacists across the country, actively advocating for excellence in patient care.
